These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ONE by ANS, Logytrack, Studtrack, Smart Waste, Elexee, and Taskeye, fleet management platforms provided by ANS IT India Private Limited ("ANS IT India", "Company", "we", "us").

By accessing or using the Platform (including the website and mobile applications), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use the Platform.

In accordance with the Indian Contract Act, 1872, minors (those under the age of majority) and persons of unsound mind are not competent to contract and may not register for or use our services.

If you are representing a business or organization, you affirm that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

You agree that you are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username/password)
• All activities performed using your account
• Notifying ANS IT India immediately of any unauthorized account access or security breach
