Customer Success Manager
The Customer Success Manager ensures customers achieve maximum value from ANS solutions from onboarding through the entire lifecycle. This role drives adoption, monitors account health, and proactively prevents churn — turning satisfied customers into long-term, growing relationships.
Customer Support Executive
The Customer Support Executive is the first point of contact for customer queries and issues. This role handles support tickets and calls professionally, resolves common issues, and ensures every customer interaction is logged and followed through to resolution.

HR Executive
The HR Executive supports the day-to-day running of the HR function — recruitment operations, onboarding, attendance, records and employee queries. This role keeps HR processes running smoothly and is often the first HR point of contact for employees.
HR Manager
The HR Manager owns the full human-resources function — from talent acquisition and onboarding to performance management, policy, payroll inputs and culture. Procurement Executive
The Procurement Executive supports day-to-day purchasing and inventory operations — processing purchase orders, following up with vendors, and maintaining accurate stock records. This role keeps the procurement engine running smoothly so projects and service never stall for want of materials.
Procurement Manager
The Procurement Manager owns sourcing, vendor management and inventory planning for all hardware and materials. This role ensures ANS IT India has the right devices and components, at the right cost and quality, available when projects and customers need them.
Project Coordinator
The Project Coordinator ensures smooth execution of deployment projects — particularly large municipal and institutional rollouts. Service Manager
The Service Manager leads the field service function — managing the team of Service Engineers who install, maintain and repair GPS, telematics and IoT devices. This role is accountable for installation and service SLAs, device uptime, ticket closure and field-team productivity.
Tender Executive
The Tender Executive manages the end-to-end government and institutional bidding process. This role is responsible for identifying tender opportunities, preparing compliant bid documentation, and ensuring ANS IT India submits competitive, on-time bids across e-procurement portals. A dotted-line relationship with the Business Head ensures commercial alignment on pricing and strategy.
