Head of Operations
Role Purpose
The Head of Operations owns the delivery, service and operational governance of ANS IT India. Reporting to the Director, this role ensures every customer commitment is delivered to standard — overseeing field service, project execution, customer support, procurement and tendering. It is an operational leadership role focused on delivery excellence, SLAs, people management and cross-departmental coordination, distinct from commercial ownership.
Experience Required
10+ years in operations, service delivery or project management, with at least 4 years in an operations leadership role.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery and operational governance across service, projects, support and procurement.
- Define, monitor and enforce SLAs across installation, service and customer support.
- Lead and develop the operations organization including service, project, support and procurement teams.
- Ensure timely, quality execution of all project deployments and field installations.
- Establish operational reporting, dashboards and review cadences.
- Drive cross-departmental coordination between sales, operations and finance for smooth delivery.
- Govern the tendering function for compliant, on-time bid submissions.
- Manage operational budgets, resource planning and capacity.
- Champion process improvement, standardization and operational efficiency.
- Report delivery performance, SLA compliance and operational risks to the Managing Director.

Project Coordinator
The Project Coordinator ensures smooth execution of deployment projects — particularly large municipal and institutional rollouts. This role coordinates field teams, tracks milestones, manages site-level logistics and keeps all stakeholders informed, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to specification.
