If you represent a business or government entity, we may also collect your organization’s name and relevant identification details (e.g. business registration). You warrant that all such information you provide is accurate and that you have authority to bind any organization you represent.
- Vehicle and Fleet Data: To deliver fleet-management services, we collect data related to the vehicles and assets you manage. This may include vehicle identifiers (e.g. license plates or VINs), driver information, and real-time location data (GPS coordinates) transmitted from trackers or mobile devices. We may also record operational data such as speed, mileage, engine status, fuel usage, and other telematics. This data is necessary to provide services like route planning, monitoring, maintenance alerts, and reporting.
- Usage and Activity Data: We automatically collect information about your use of the Platform and your devices.
